Eye Level Consulting has been a dream in the making for over 15 years. In a society that avoids intentional connectedness and engagement, we value the significance of human connection. Whether it’s our morning stop at the local coffee shop, engaging colleagues, neighbors, or serving our communities, connection starts when our eyes meet.
As a former high school, collegiate student-athlete, and professional athlete the “locker room” was a place of safety where my teammates loved and believed in me beyond my many flaws. The locker room became a home to grow and develop beyond the field of play. We competed, we dreamed, we won together, and lost together. The “locker room” is where we learned to appreciate and value our diverse perspectives, but more importantly we learned and cultivated a culture of inclusivity that screamed “NO MAN LEFT BEHIND.
The “locker room” helped define the attributes of selfless leadership, accept guidance, mentorship from great leaders, and cultivate a climate, culture, and cause to support the sacrifice and rewards of inclusivity.
